Brook Hall (Left) is a trained dancer with many years of experiences under his belt, performed in a variety of countries around the world including New York City. He is highly professional and has a real passion for performing. He can be seen often in television commercials in Taiwan. Brook has very high hopes for the development of Taiwan’s entertainment industry. Also being a vegetarian, he has an interesting little story to share with everyone.

Brook Hall（左）是一位舞蹈家，也是素食者，他進了一家葷食的路邊小吃店準備用餐，店裡唯一的一位店員、同時也是老闆兼主廚，丟下整家店和幾位食客不顧，騎上機車去附近買回素食招待他，哪個地方有這樣的老闆？

WuiT #003: Fr. Jerry Martinson, S. J.

Father Jerry Martinson S. J. is one of the most recognizable faces of Taiwan. He has been servicing Taiwan for over 38 years. Father Jerry is currently the Vice President of Kuangchi Programs Services, the very first television studio on the island (since 1958). His contributions can be seen in almost all of the medias of Taiwan, which includes an English education show that is broadcasted in 56 countries. Regardless of being a local or a foreigner, Father Jerry is a highly respected and admired figure of Taiwan. It was a true honor for him to participate in our show.

丁松筠神父可以說是台灣最具知名度的外國朋友之一，他已經在台灣傳教了將近四十個年頭，目前擔任光啟社的副社長，該社創立於1958年，是台灣第一個電視攝影棚。丁神父來台時曾在輔仁大學哲學系執教，除了傳教，也擔任過許多英語教學節目的主持人(Uncle Jerry)，他的節目已在58個國家播出。在聖誕節的前夕，他接受了我們的專訪，分享他的台灣經驗，除了可以感受到他的平易近人，也可以聽聽丁神父對台灣的看法。

David spent most of his life on this island. He moved to Taiwan with his parents at the age of 3 to help kids with polio in Bingdong. David later returned to The States for college and worked as a stockbroker in Seattle. His wife Jenny is a nurse; they eventually decided to move back to Taiwan after a few years. He said that if you enjoy the outdoors, you have to see how beautiful Taiwan is.

David也是台北美國學校的老師，中文講的很好，四歲隨父母來台，後來回美國念大學，畢業後還是選擇帶妻兒來台定居。主持人Henry也在節目中半開玩笑的告訴大家自己回台灣的原因。

Mark is a teacher in Taipei American School. His Taiwanese experience is: been in Taiwan for quite a while, a rebellious guy that learned to bow and smile with a peace of mind. He said that Taroko Gorge is a must see, and do not forget to try Fang’s dumpling in Tian-Mu!
